  • 1 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup canned reduced sodium black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons honey


  • Combine yogurt, blueberries, banana, black beans, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
