- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana
- ½ cup canned reduced sodium black beans drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, blueberries, banana, black beans, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
