Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 cup canned white kidney, navy, Great Northern or cannellini beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
