Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 cup canned white kidney, navy, Great Northern or cannellini beans drained and rinsed
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Combine buttermilk, beans, banana, honey, and nutmeg in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, add a straw, and enjoy!
