Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 1.25-ounce packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 16-ounce can refried beans pinto or black
- 1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free sour cream
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese shredded
- tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Brown ground beef in skillet, drain grease.
- Add taco seasoning mix and refried beans to ground beef. Stir thoroughly.
- Grease a pie plate, spoon beef mixture into plate.
- Mix sour cream and salsa in a small bowl. Spoon mixture over beef and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, until heated through.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips. Hot sauce or additional salsa, optional.
