Ingredients

lean ground beef
1
1.25-ounce packet
taco seasoning mix
1
16-ounce can
refried beans
pinto or black
1
cup
(8 ounces) fat-free sour cream
½
cup
salsa
½
cup
reduced-fat cheddar cheese
shredded
tortilla chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain grease.
Add taco seasoning mix and refried beans to ground beef. Stir thoroughly.
Grease a pie plate, spoon beef mixture into plate.
Mix sour cream and salsa in a small bowl. Spoon mixture over beef and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, until heated through.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve hot with tortilla chips. Hot sauce or additional salsa, optional.
