Ingredients

  • 1 15-ounce can pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tap water
  • 1 clove garlic small (about ½ teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor. Process until smooth.
  • Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables.
