Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tap water
- 1 clove garlic small (about ½ teaspoon)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor. Process until smooth.
- Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables.
