Pinto Bean Hummus

1-15 oz. can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tap water
1 small garlic clove (about ½ teaspoon)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Number of Servings : 4

Serving Size: 1/2 cup


1. Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor. Process until smooth.
2. Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables.
